Of these, it has already rolled out services in all the 18 Circles that it received spectrum in from the Government of India-Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Orissa, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Maharashtra, Mumbai, Madhya Pradesh-Chhattisgarh, Haryana-Punjab, Kolkata, Rest of West Bengal, Jharkhand, Bihar, UP (East), UP (West), Gujarat, Himachal Pradesh and Rajasthan.

It was been a bad experience with Tata Docomo service centre Indiranagar I visited the Tata Docomo brand store the customer care executive present over there told me to come tomorrow as I gone over there for the purpose of replacing my Tata Docomo SIM card on 14th August 2017 with new one but they told the SIM card stock is not available so come on 15th of August so I confirm them whether it is closed shop on the occasion of independence day but they told it will be open for full day so as per the information I visited the branch once again but the shop was closed shop was closed so due to the false information provided by the customer executive of the Tata Docomo brand store Indiranagar it creating bad image of the Tata Docomo service so I just suggest that appropriate management to take appropriate action so that this kind of problem will not happen again in future with any customer

Had some technical problem in my telephone exchange so contacted this service provider to clear the problem.They charged me the nominal amount for clear the issue.Now the problem has been resolved so satisfied with them.

Got a mobile connection from this center. Monthly charges was 600 which was very modest rate.connectivity and signal strenght are excellent. There was a quick response to the customer as they are very important to them.i am very much satisfied with their service

Through this Tata Docomo service provider taken connection which was Data card postpaid connection plan was 650 3 g unlimited and land line connection also was taken through them. They came and installed the connection in my home and their service was really good. They charged me 4000 /.

Got Tata Docomo internet connection through dongle from this Tata Docomo service provider. They came and installed the connection in my home and their service was really good. The monthly net usage charge was Rs 850.
