I have been using vidyasms.com by thinking hats and it is one of the worst services anyone can ever receive. The support staff are negligent and lazy and they require large number of reminders just to answer one simple query.They are highly rude to customers and never ever answer or get back to us on our problems. We strongly recommend people not to go ahead with these guys. Worst customer service possible ever.
