Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior, Incomplete and Disappointing Service

We got a nanny (Anusha) from Tripura services for a day. She did nothing a part from criticizing about her previous owners. She made us do all the baby work telling she will learn and do from the next day. In the evening we were told by the agency that the maid is not interested to come and they are not getting any replacement for us as all their maids are booked. They didn't even bother to listen our side of story. We were told that we will get 2 replacements incase the maid quits. However we got none. It is good that we didn't yet enter in to the contract.
