Umesh Balagan Mylapore Chennai

My IFB Grill type Microwave oven is not heating and given repair service request in Sulekha.com and I received immediate call from Umesh Balagan located at Mylapore. Next day morning he visited and took oven to the service centre and checked the issue with front panel was defective. He replaced the panel and charged total Rs. 2950 which includes service charge. Now oven is working fine, the service and response was excellent and I'm totally satisfied.

Excellent service from "Umesh Balagan, Mylapore". I approached them to repair my Panasonic convection microwave. There was a problem with the heating plate and control panel. I got a very good response from them, immediately they sent the technician for the service. He came and replaced the magnetron and control panel. I paid Rs. 3200 for the service. They were very genuine. They returned the old parts which they have replaced. I'm very happy with their work. Strongly recommended.

Prompt and good but little more costlier than expected

Repaired My Sharp Solo, So I contacted to this Umesh Balagan, Mylapore service center, The technician came and check rectified the issue and did the excellent service to me, they have replaced transformer, So they are charged 5000 for that repair & services. their response was good. But they didn't provide the parts bill, even though I'm satisfied with their excellent service.
