I have booked complaint for leakage of Aquaguard HD RO NXT in sulekha . In few second they called me and rectified the issue in an hour after placing the complainant . Very quick response .Technician was polite and very protective waring Gloves , mask & Carrying sanitizer .

Water leakage problem is not resolved,they just changed filters and before installing the filters they said everything is good,after changing the filters they said problem is there in motor

We are extremely sorry for the dissatisfaction you have faced . we are tried our best to provide service in complete lockdown in the city when even Eureka Forbes failed . There was already fault in your membrane & motor .It's been more than a year since last change of filters . Any technical issues from a motor can't be found without membrane . Thanks for reviewing us & we will take consideration and we make sure to serve better .
