Had a very good response from this service provider. I called this service center for my Venus water heater service. Immediately they sent a person and he checked the water heater and change water heater coils. The charges were 2800 for that service. I am Very Much Satisfied with their service and response.

Consulted these people to service my Canon Printer. Mainly I gave them to repair the major problem in my Printer. They charged me sensible price amount for the overall service. It was a good service rendered by them.

Hi, It is my personal experience with Venus Electronics Velachery branch. Please do not buy any electronics products here because they will deliver the demo product or the second grade product. I suffered a lot from this Venus Electronics. I have bought Samsung fridge here first they delivered a demo product after deliverry I raised a concern and also went to Showroom and first they havent agreed that they have sent a demo product to me after shouting a lot and spoke to store manager and finally they agreed to send the another product and i agreed for that. after receiving the second one I found, that also demo product and also it has dent, scratches... etc and also not a proper packing. Totally they have replaced the product 3 times but all of them are demo one. So please do not buy from these kind of stores. After paying the money they show their faces. 1. You can question me that how can the shop will have 3 demo pieces at a time? 2. They played cleverly 1st one they delivered from velachery branch. 3. 2nd one they took from Pallavaram branch and they delivered. 4. 3rd one from the other branch. 5. And they delivery is very worstt i have ever seen. For delivery only one person will coming, he will just move product on the floor and he will never care about product is damaging or not..... 6. Finally they came forward and they returned the money. I have given one star becase they returned my money. So I request not to buy anything from here and dont suffer.
