Staff have assaulted the passenger over an argument of early departure, very horrific experience as I've never seen or known a customer getting assaulted. Excellent maintained bus but worst people to deal with.

The tour was nice and very comforting. The driver and the guide accompanying us for the IRCTC Sighra Darshan Tirupathi Balaji was also very generous and cordial. The only person who tensed the beginning of our journey was the one sitting at the Reception/ Office at Circle Road, opp. Sandhya Lodge. The person was very rude and the way he treated customers was guite displeasing. We being new to Bangalore and the trip were a bit confused about the timing and venue of bus and hence we enquired twice, once in the morning and the other in the evening at 19:00 hrs, 1 and 1/2 an hour before the scheduled time of bus to confirm that is it on right time. This time the person was quite rude and said "I had already told in the morning then why are you asking again and again" and was behaving as if he is doing a charity and taking us free of cost for the journey. Although the GENIOUS GUY had very arrogantly said the bus'll there be at 20:30 hours the bus came 1 hr 20 mins late... You may try several other travel agencies like SRS, SRV, MANISH and Balaji Travels if you want to feel more respectful and to teach a lesson to the arrogant business handlers that customer remains a human even after he has already paid for the travel/ hotel from before.

We were two people who visited Ooty through this travels. It was 1 day, 2 nights trip. Per head, they charged me Rs.3200. I am not much satisfied with the trip since the bus timings was late because it started at late night and hotel facility was not good which they provided me. It was a bitter experience with these people
