The service was so pathetic after purchasing the product and even we did not get installation services when we want it .. also when we ourself trying to get a follow up for installation the sales executive person rudely ask us to do it by our own... And that was truely not expected from such brands like VIJAY SALES specially in Citi like Pune (Baner) ... We do not have option to give (-) minus star rather atleast 1star... Tremendously pathetic experience

Brought an Ac from this Vijay Sales, The customer satisfaction is Excellent and Everything good inside the shop, I preferred a Hitachi Brand Split Ac only, The cost of the Ac is nominal, I am happy to purchased Ac from this shop, I am satisfied with this Vijay Sales........

Location Vijay Sales Baner, Pune. Product : Voltas AC - Hidden charges customer need to pay Fake people and unclear sales pitch while saleing the product. They dont tell you exact instalation fee. In my case they said max 2500 will be fee and 25 foot cable will be provided. But in real only 3 foot cable provided and I had to pay approx 4500 total. And one of the store manager mr Surykant denied to help as all 4 time dicussion was face to face. In bill there is no information about cable length. Post sales serivices are worst: AC instalation was done 4th day after purchase, and no response was there from any phone no provided online, google listing or any place. This people get more profit by this extra installation charges. Please be aware of the same.
