I gave my car(Maruti Baleno- Petrol) for 1st two free services. Since it is closer to my workplace, it was the only service center option. Although, service quality was below to average eg: cleaning, performance of car and squeaking of brakes not addressed, I gave it for 3rd service as well on the premises, that upon completion of 3 free services from this particular service station, I would be given labour discounts on future paid services. This was confirmed by a lady at their center. When I enquired about the same discount option on my first paid service, they blatantly denied. They just make a fool out of you, tell lies and do not stand on their own words. They are cheaters. Probably, they do not care to retain customers. Shoddy service, shoddy people, shoddy customer relationship management

Through Vipul Motors Ltd I had serviced my car..I am so pleased with their services. I had done complete services and they charged me normal amount for the service..within a day they finished the work,I am very much satisfied
