We contacted him for our washing machine was making loud noises while drying. After the visit he said entire assembly needs to be changed along with bearings and we agreed to the same at 4200 INR. After 2 days of immature way of working and denting my machine from every side he patched it up temporarily and told us it is fixed and took the entire money with us and gave a 1 yr warranty. The next when we used it it is still making loud noises. Hence the ussue stands unfixed. Now when we try to reach out to him 1 of his number is out of service and he is not answering the other number. He is unprofessional and deceiving. PLEASE BE AWARE!

Satisfactory service is done by 'Vishal Pote, Ganesh Peth'. There was some Power issue my Bosh Fully Automatic Top Load Washing Machine. whenever we put on the machine the MCB switch get down. I called them, they respond quickly and came on time to my house, the technician who came was very professional, he identifies the issue to solve it immediately by replacing some part. The charge took by them was also reasonable. Now my washing working fine I am happy with his work.
