Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior, Incomplete and Disappointing Service, Charged Without Solving Actual Problem

Dear Madam/Sir, This is to inform you that we have availed Tank cleaning service at the house. The tank cleaning team had destroyed the Sensor in a water tank with the ball cock of the water tank. This has caused us huge trouble for 3 days due non the availability of water in the house. After getting help from Electrician and Pressure pump team we are able to get it repaired. During the payment, your staff had misbehaved talk with the owner. pls be informed that this type of service we have not at all expected from VISHWAS SERVICE as we have been availing your service for the last 3 years in the company and the house. This situation caused us immense distress, inconvenience, and discomfort, given the expectations. So kindly look into the matter seriously and arrange to refund my repair cost.
