They are fraud people who steal the inner parts when given for service.. and they purposefully repair your application to demand money... they need to be put behind the bars

I have never seen such a poor service. It took 13 days to send technician to find fault and another 15 days to rectify it.

worst of the worst, have never experienced such a bad servicing company like this. these guys gives hopeless timeline for the product delivery after service.. they took my washing machine about two months ago and still giving lame excuses and not yet delivered.. not able to reach any supervisor and these idiots in the CRD give excuses that number not reachable and some kind of useless info. I m still hoping tat my machine gets delivered.. please don't even try this company to all!!!

There was water leakage and drum issue in my IFB washing machine.I called up these people to visit my place and do needful .The technician visited my place and examine the problem . I paid Rs.250 as service charge . I didn't take up their service since we are planning to buy new washing machine . Overall their service was satisfactory .
