tried getting an appointment today for hair color.receptionist first seems to be on a "maun -vrat"picks up the telephone<br/>and keeps silent till I asked if it was VLCC.on asking for an appointment for hair color says can give an appointment only if Im dot on time at 330pm today.asking if I may get an appointment on 17 sep Ganesh chaturthi replies" dont know if we are open call one day before".strange that a co. like VLCC does not have a holiday list or to cut cost are they keeping staff who dont even know telephonic ettiqutte.Very sad this shows the beginning of a downfall in an organisation
