Purchase New AC

Purchased a split AC from here, I went to their shop for the purchase and they have given me a good AC. But they did not give me the installation free as promised by them instead asked money from them moreover their customer support was also not so good I paid them Rs 35000 for the AC. Overall I am not satisfied with their service
