It was awesome. Hotels, car, driver every thing was good and it was above expected.

The service was great but the driver was not very friendly,

This was my first trip with ZIA. The hotel selection should have been better. Hotels were not up to the mark. Food at Vista, Pattaya was hopeless. Though food at Bangkok hotel was good. The itinerary could have covered more palaces.

Had my worst experience at Zia Holidays tours and travel. I wish I could give 0 rating. Had booked a tour for my family from Mysore - coorg - banipur - ooty -kodai - munnar during Christmas vacation 2018 and I had made all payments they had asked from me and more than 80% was paid in advance. Before the tour experience : I had booked my tour in month of April 2018 with a decided amount of 92.5k but in the month of October 2018 i.e. jus 2 months before my trip they demanded 10k more saying prices of petrol and all has increased, and so I had to pay that too. During my tour: 1st thing - Driver had no idea of routes & roads and no proper knowledge of google maps. We directed the driver opening googles maps in our phone all throughout our journey 2nd thing - Everyday before reaching our pre-decided hotel we used to be told that our hotel has been changed for some or other reason And all times our hotel was degraded At time we were given lodge that had a cheap bar downstairs

Guys please don't ever book from Zia Holidays & Resorts Pvt Ltd. This people change the hotel post trip start and will give downgraded hotels. They also post fake reviews to hide genuine customer reviews. Please be alert we have wasted more than 1lac and will never recommend them to anyone.
