New CCTV Camera Purchase & Installation

Really Really Worst Service and Support from them!! Please don't avail their services. Just 2 days back they installed a CCTV camera with DVR and now its not working properly. The service engineer is not even having the courtesy to update or give us a respond to what is the status. If we call them, they are disconnecting our call and keep on giving excuses like they in turn waiting for the update. I'm really facing a real hard time with these guys. Very Very Worst Service and response.
