I approached "A To Z Expert Refrigeration Service", Kadamkuan for my Bajaj Electric Geyser repair. There were a water heating and power auto cut issue. The technician came and rectified the problem and told he needs to change thermostat and element. The technician was not listening to me and was trying to show over smartness. He took the geyser to the service center and replaced the thermostat and element. After 2 days he came and installed it. The red pilot light was not working but he didn't replace that. They gave 3 months warranty for the element. I tried to negotiate but they didn't listen. So, I paid them Rs. 2285. I felt the price was very high as I'm not aware of the market price. When I asked them for the invoice copy, they refused to provide the bill and told that you will get a message for the bill. I insisted them then they gave me the invoice. The service was ok.

The service charge was more if you compare with other technician.
