lets start with journey, first they send driver who knows only local language like kannada only but before booking they promised us they will send the driver according to our language like hindi or english. Secondly driver didn't know the correct route. They included unnecessary parking charges even before booking i already discussed that we will pay and we payed accordingly but still they took money from us They promised to send new vehicle but it was looking like old that meter reading had been reset to 200 to 300 km . we paid money to driver for his food, but their driver denied at the time of final settlement. At the time of final settlement he stopped our bus and was ready to fight as well , If you don't want to be get fraud by them, don't book this travels cab

They have cheated us by taking 2000 rupees extra. At the end they will say some random meter reading, and calculate according to that. They are looting people. Their driver will start fighting for money and they will show their true colors while bill settlement. They are looters and cheaters. Never book their cabs. First thing is bad quality cabs and then they will do cheating while bill settlement. Shameless people.
