I have bought Oticon Siya hearing aid in Nov 2018. Very poor post sale services. Hearing aid fitting and setting of volume to the satisfaction of hearing aid user is very important. It is Audiologist responsibility to ensure fitting and setting of hearing aid based on audiogram so that hearing aid user can effectively use them. But Audiologist at A1 hearing aid centre is least bothered about fitting of hearing aid and has least concern about satisfaction of hearing aid user. Overall very poor service.

Best place for Advanced Hearing aid. I was diagnosed with hearing loss almost ten years ago and kept putting off taking the big jump to hearing aids. The isolation of being hearing impaired and my grandkids frustration with my hearing loss pushed me From A1 Hearing Aid Centre in the right direction. I just started using Resound Linx2 9 hearing aids one week ago. They were highly recommended by the audiologist I saw for my type of hearing loss. Best thing I ever did! I love the ease of using the Hearing aid, the interface with my iPhone, and the relative ease of adapting to hearing ?anything and everything.? I do not have anything to compare to the ReSound as these are my first HAs, but I am one happy camper! Highly recommend them.

Purchased hearing aid from this centre. The center service was customer oriented and friendly and they have the required hearing aid and they checked the functioning of the hearing aid. The charges are minimum. Helpful service rendered by them.

I can hear TV from 20 feet distance crystal and clear, also can participate in group talking. Thanks to my new wireless Bluetooth inbuilt hearing aid. I would advice all to visit A1 Hearing Aid Center once before buying hearing aid. They have plenty of option and latest technology at competitive price.
