Very bad experience with this agents Kavitha & Pramod. When I approached them for a care taker for my mom in Dec2022, they just sent me the registration form in wats app and asked for the amount 3k and full amount in advance for tht month. My bad luck or gud luck to say I paid them 15k but from the day one everyday they provided some untrained staffs who was just using mobile and was like guest for which we provided food n accommodation. When we asked them to change the caretaker after 2 days brought one more lady who stole my mom's nose ring and she too left. When I called those agent they were very busy not attending my call. So don't approach such agents who simply collect money and don't provide proper person as care taker. Till now they didn't refund the money I paid.

Worst ever service. Forget trained nurses they don?t even have trained attendants. Sent someone who couldn?t even change diapers and before that another so called nurse who refused to do anything
