Rajive took huge amount for repairing my fridge and when i contacted him again he does not pick my phone up. this is totally rediculous

I have given my samsung home theatre for service at Ace , they initially quoted me 1000rs for the service but now give me a bill of 2800rs and would be delivering the system today.
