Will start by saying, the service is amazing.they were SUPER helpful and informative on the available options I did have and gave us great advice to think through next steps. 699 was paid per month which was for office purpose. This was the way above and beyond what they had to do. Much appreciated! Highly knowledgeable and absolutely fantastic service and attention to detail.

Pathetic!! ACT is like BLACKHOLE.Though they lure with high FUP and speed but they can't keep up with services at all. Internet remains frequently down and beware there's only 1 way communication possible with them. ACT helpline is either kept busy on purpose as you can't reach them even trying for whole day.they expect you to register complaint on their App which is more pathetic and useless. You can only register your ticket and then need to forget about it as there is no provision for checking updates or any comment on SLA (expected resolution) so it can be for infinity.yesterday was worst ever experience as after 5 hrs of registering ticket,received msg that ticket is resolved but when checked there are still no internet connectivity.so what do we do?..reopen our ticket at 9pm in night and now wait for eternity for them to get back more than 20 hrs of no internet and still no connect from ACT TEAM. grievance mails doesn't even qualify for acknowledgement mail as well.PATHETIC!

I located in indira nagar 2nd stage.. their net was F***, very irritating, beware of these idiots and frauds

Got a broadband internet connection from here.Monthly charges was very modest rate.connectivity and signal strength are good. There was a quick response to the customer as they are very important to them.i have paid some nominal amount for the services...

Got ACT internet connection through this ACT Broadband Internet in Indira Nagar, Bangalore, they response and service is good and they are given free installation for me then they have taken service charge per month at Rs.1, 600, so I'm happy for taken ACT internet connection through them
