I have a Masters in law and finance from the University of Oxford with post qualification experience working in the Banking and Finance team of a Tier-1 law firm in Mumbai. I have assisted and worked on high-level lending and investment transactions including issuance of non-convertible and optionally convertible debentures. I am proficient in drafting security documents, lease/rental agreements, licensing agreements, share purchase agreements and other commercial agreements.
