  Aider Labs is a project focused on moulding students and graduates to be employable in IT Industry. It will train them in different programming languages, technologies, tools as well as good practises and interpersonal skills. It is a three-phase project, Starting as a Training Institute, growing into a Finishing School and finally evolve to a Research and Innovations Lab & Consultancy. The concept of Aider Labs is conceived by Aider Solutions Pvt. Ltd, which realized that the curriculum designed by different Universities do not deliver quality professionals to the Industry. We believe, Aider Labs will stand out in many respects. The classes will be delivered in Labs, so that students learn things and try it simultaneously. During the course, students will be given a sample projects in which all kinds of essential modules are included. So that by the end of the courses, each student would have finished a project, which can then be added to their portfolio. Labs will be maintaining a Library and a Digital library which facilitates students for further reading. This method of teaching will improve the learning curve and confidence of students. The courses end with an internship at Aider Solutions / in a reputed IT company to give students the first hand experience of I.T Industry. Aider labs’s vision is focused primarily on quality and employability of its outgoing students.
