Air India Bangalore City H.O Bangalore

I would not even give a single star for this airline I was travelling from muscat to Bangalore and I did not receive my bag.. The bag contains luxurious items and Air India people are not responding properly and not taking any serious action. I would personally recommend everyone not to travel in this flight with cheap services.

We planned to travel USA from Bangalore I approach this airlines. The ticket cost was Rs.42000 for a round trip. They were very professional and complete the work as per my instruction. My ticket confirmation was done immediately and they send through mail. We are waiting for our journey. Overall the work done by them was super.

To travel from Bangalore to Delhi I wanted to book a ticket so I booked it through this airline. The ticket cost was Rs.7000 per ticket. I am satisfied with their service as the booking process was quick and also I got the tickets immediately through the mail.<br/>

waste organisation. nobody receives the call. Tried multiple times & the no keeps on ringing. but then all of a sudden all the nos are busy... if u ppl don't want to receive the calls plz disconnect the nos... u change my flight locations and then me to visit ur branches for getting a change of booking,,, wtf!!!! who gave u the right to cahnge my destination in the first place and why do i need to go to your office to get a new ticket when i have paid CONVENIENCE fees for online booking... ????? Please close down the air liner and save our money... u r in the truest sense a SICK unit, filled with sick and disgusting staffs....

It was an awesome trip to Colombo thanks to Air India. I booked one ticket through them and it was a speedy service. I received my tickets immediately and they charged Rs6000.
