Don't ever contact this agency. They supply all used iteams (modem, dongle). Very pathetic service. they have collected my documents two times. its more than month now, till date the connection is not activated. They have given 2 SIM giving some un realistic reason and nothing is happening. The person (santosh) gave me 4G multimode modem which was used by some other customer. When I notified him, he said, by mistake he delivered that device and gave one more device which was again used one. They are not giving contact number of Gopal (Prop)to escalate or not picking the calls now. I am fed up with the way they are treating the customers. I feel cheated here. Please ensure you verify the device is genuine before paying.
