Airtel or idea they are ready to fetch money on the name of VAS charges.With Airtel I struggled for 2 month with each and everyone but still was unable to get answer for why my bill charges were double.Some one told that its International SMS charges,one told that its internet charges(ye alag baat h 500GB data pending h),some told call charges and some was having no answer.Finally I registered a complaint n got complain number,but to my surprise I got complain resolved msgs after 3 days without having any communication with me..Cheat total cheat..we are idiot to pay them our hard earned money. Camp airtel outlet have worst people..too confused and give fake info.Also this people never call back..they think we are free and job less people and have only 1 thing to do..is to run behind them..
