their Internet is the most unstable i have ever experienced. it will DEFINITELY go off every 2 days MINIMUM. when we call to complain/ask what is happening they will either not pick up or pick up and say they'll check and then will not call back. they will scam you into purchasing the fibre optic connection(which i unfortunately bought) saying that the connection will be stable after getting the fibre optic connection(spoiler alert : it makes literally 0 difference and is just as unstable if not worse) and of course when you call them their phone will be busy or they simply will not answer. the very existence of such a disgustingly unprofessional company and such unstable internet is a disgrace to the technological advancements of humankind.

I am use netmaxbroadband and best service providers broadband last 5 years
