Premises Filthy Slum - They display ?No liquor allowed? but when i went to see rooms while passing occupied rooms you?ll inhale the filthy liquor and Smoke smell. Price Overpriced congested rooms, they have placed 3 beds where only one double cot can fit, no foot space to roam around. You'll get deluxe room with dining table, wardrobe and free breakfast beverages in other hotels for far less value than this hotel?s 2 bedded room without space to even place your travel bag. Price changes daily, if you have asked for a price the before day, the following day when you visit they are demanding 40% more. They tell less in call, when you visit the story is different. Regularly we used this guest house for staying purpose.Charged me Rs.1000 as rent for the single room.The room was neat and spacious.I am very much happy about this staying.

I was searching a place to stay near perambur. Then I got a call from this vendor. I stayed In this hotel for 2 days. They charged me Rs 450 per one day. They provided a very good service.
