Incomplete and Disappointing Service

Their engineers are very poorly trained and the company overall has a very unprofessional attitude. To fix 1 issue their engineer takes 2-3 visits and post that they create another issue which again needs 2-3 visits to rectify. It also seems that they do not have a very big team. One engineer falls sick and they ask client to wait till he resumes. They do not think practically about clients convenience. My water purifier was having leakage issue (which started post their engineer fixed new buttons on the aqua-guard, note- he did in his third visit after complaining about the buttons), engineer did not allow us to stock some water before taking the water purifier and he took the purifier on sat evening while there were 2 public holidays (sun, mon). No thought is given to planning of such repair works. Terrible staff and Director is the worst. Not surprised the team is so dumb!

Worst Management....Fraud people....fake products parts....worst service in all the 50 Co. Of our industrial area & all have discontinued contract with them.....Very rude marketing team

I unfortunately signed a 3 year contract with them.<br/><br/>The water purifiers keep leaking.<br/><br/>The services keep coming and tightening the pipe which again leaks after 1-2 weeks.<br/>Answer: Really bad quality pipes. Asked them to change pipe and they say NO

Really bad experience...Never turn up on time...Never ever pick up the phone. They will only and I mean only call you up when the contract expires. Otherwise, they are just not interested.

I had a horrible experience with the company. I have a 2 year AMC contract with them. Recently I shifted my home after which the water purifier stopped working these are the list of events. 1. I called Akash water purifier. 2. Nobody turned up. 3. One day a person turned up saying I am from Aqu Guard(the model of purifier I have) and you should buy new Aqua guard. How come he came to know that my water purifier is not working god knows. 4. I kept following up Akash, so they finally sent one person, Who said now it is working. On checking I found it is same status. 5. He again checked and said that since water flow is fast the motor needs to be removed, which he is not capable of doing another engineer will come and do it. 6. After that again same story repeated , I kept following up to get the engineer. Everytime I called up the help line the operator will talk as if she understands my problems and the understanding she had was very different from the problem, so everytime I explained what has happeneds till now. 7. One day she sent an engineer finally after 2 weeks of followup, who came from leave just on that day(as he informed). He gave a different analysis from his colleague and said we need to remove the motor and fit a small motor. 8. I asked him what is the guarantee that things will work after that and why is his analysis different from his colleague to which he had no answer. 9. He left after which I found that during his analysis , he has broken the tap and water is leaking out and kitchen is getting flooded. 10. I called the help line and asked them if they can send back the engineer as it was barely 5 mins that he had left. 11. They said I was rude to the engineer so he will not come. 12. I told them send anybody as the situation is emergency. 13. They did not send anybody till date. I have a 2 year contract with them.
