Charged Without Providing Service

we had a bad experience hiring him , not professional and committed , paid fees beforehand , then he started taking too many leaves, telling us he will make up those classes later which he then refused too and not ready to refund the missed classes amount which is quite a money loss as the monthly fees also are a big amount. classes not structured properly , is in rush through the classes, no improvement seen so had to discontinue after a month , suffered loss, got cheated !! have all records as evidence...
