I went Mumbai for official work and stayed in Alok Lodge (Gokhle Road, Opp. Thane Railway Station, Thane West). But, I have had worst experience staying there. <br/><br/>Shekhar (Receptionist) was so rude and loud, although he was wrong at any manner. He knows 0% of customer service and satisfaction. When I asked them that I want to talk to their manager/supervisor, they told me that “we ourselves are the boss here”. <br/><br/>Please note there is no room available for 500/- or less (like they promotes), they start with 600/- minimum. I would prefer to stay on Railway Station rather than Alok Lodge, Gokhle Road, Opp. Railway Station, Thane West, Mumbai.
