Overview: I have an experience of 20 years in the field of teaching Science andMathematics. As such Science and Mathematics are two subjects dreaded by many and I teach with passion and zeal to remove the fear of the subject from the mind of my students. My ultimate aim is to make students enjoy the process of learning that leads to confidence and success. Methodology: My teaching methodology is based on assessing the cognitive ability of the students and explaining the concepts with a language that can be understood easily. That is followed by suitable demonstrations (using easily available material that the students can repeat and innovate back home) and discussions with everyday examples. Also, I try to solve the problem by various methods and point out the common mistakes which will be generally unknown in traditional methods. Personal capability and weakness of each student is analysed and suitable remedial actions are initiated (more like a gardener who takes care of each plant in the garden as per his/her requirement!). Also I have a well-furnished library for use of the students to explore and expandbeyond what has been taught. Experience: My twenty years of experience in teaching has been a great journey. My students enjoy the process and of course it goes without saying, perform exceedingly well in the examinations and in their future assignments. Over the period, it has grown into a community of satisfied students and parents.
