Unprofessional Behavior

Mr Arun Kumar Singh was the person who interviewed me he asked me 1500,5000 rupees for opening salary account and he told me that amount will be refunded. But till now he didn't respond. When I call him his phone is switched off.

Worst company ,Mr. Arun Kumar Singh was the person who took interview for me after selecting and sending offer letter he asked me to pay application fee of 1500 after that he asked me to pay 5000 for salary account opening and he told that the amount will be refunded but till now they didn't return my amount if I call him he is not answering
