We have purchased led on 5th January 2022 and it's worst than ever . Whenever we post a complaint they just sent there technician who do nothing n say your tv Is alright. But deepdown he also knows that the tv takes too long to switch and and more long to shift to another channel. The remote is not even working. They asked us to buy a new one .. but the product is just 3 months old. Which comes in warranty. Now they are asking us to buy a new motherboard which is worth rs2000 . And still there is no guarantee if the tv will work properly or not . like why would we buy it. We are requesting them to exchange the product but they are disconnecting the calls n saying will call you soon but the call never comes. . Suggest not to buy anything from here plz .

They give a good response from them. I am glad to purchase my Ac from this service provides.The staff was very helpful and cooperative with me. It’s a good one.
