We are “Guardians of Ancile” in to the business of providing Security Guard services,Housekeeping services and integrated facility services since 2013 founded by Mr.ShyamMohan R Tiwari who is a Financial Market graduate from university of Mumbai. We started with the team of just 2 housekeeping staff and 2 security staff in the year 2013 and as of now we stand at 1733 ground staff including housekeeping,pantry boys,office boys and security guards deployed at various business setups accross different metro cities in India. We believe happy employees= happy customers and have been following this mantra with whole heart since inception. Since 2013 we have trained,employed and uplifted 2004 labours comprising of 427 women and 1577 men staff from different regions of India in to various sectors out of which 1733 as of today we have been able to retain which shows our employee retention and contribution towards country’s employment and we aim to grow our team consistently. We focus on adding value to both customers and to the life of labours of our country by uplifting them with right training,treatment and opportunities.
