Not replying to complaints and emails

very very slow speed inspite of many complain nothing is been done by ANI. No one Has come to resolve the problem this is how ANI work.

One of the fucking support they have ... Customer care hung up ur call without listening ur problm.technician not visiting after several calls.. They are just making people chutiya ..Ya they only come on time when have to pay them money otherwise not available

They are the worst service provider in Delhi..they charge u less coz every month for around 20 days ur internet wont work..ur complains will never be responsed..ur mobile 2g net is much better than this ppl

Customer care hung up ur call without listening ur problm.technician resolving the problem without confirming from u ..From tha last 4 days m facing no internet problem (14 July )ample of tym I complaint but no response they generate a ticket for u nd there technician closed the ticket nd mention the case was resolved... They just making people chutiya ..Ya they only come on time when have to pay them money otherwise not available

This service provider is not worth a single ruppee of ours. They are so bad in service that if you have to reach them in an event of internet not working, you can never reach them. All the contact numbers they have provided on there website don't work. When you want to recharge your plan, they have no freaking option. Online option doesn't work and in this age who has the time to go to a stupid shop to get there internet recharged? They wouldn't provide you any proper bill either. Long story short go for a better service provider like airtel, hathway, etc who have show level of accountability towards customer and provide you better service. Thanks Nikhi Arora
