i took my shih tzu for the first time cutting .... they were the one who suggested us to give a small cut .. now when we got back our dog we saw he was cut to the limit of his skin .... all his body had the marks of razor and his skin also got cut ... they wanted to have the maximum length of my dogs hair so they did this ..... their oldest employ some Shambhu did this to our baby ..... the doctor told a shih tzu should never be cut that small ... he must always be trimmed .... now my dog is not sleeping and did not even drink water from yesterday..... my baby is in shock

Our family has been long standing visitors and clients of Animel Planet and Dr. I.B Dey ...till recently. Last year, July, we decided to have our cultured Pom spayed and decided to have it done at Animel Planet. What followed has been an absolute NIGHTMARE for the family! First, Dr. Dey performed the operation shoddily (the Pom was not even given proper anaesthesia and the procedure was conducted while she kept crying and howling). Next, within 3 months of the operation, our Pom developed severe complications with severe pus formation, swelling and subsequent physical distress. Dr. Dey then realised that the operation was a failure and apparently the stitches were coming apart which caused this (he even recovered some thread that he had used for the operation!!!) Since then every few months our pawed family member has been going through the same turmoil. Helpless and at our wits end, we recently started taking her to another doctor. By God's grace she is beginning her journey towards recovery. But to all users here- BEWARE of Dr. Dey. He lacks compassion, is incompetent and is outright greedy. His greed has turned our jolly pomerian into a living mess! For those who want specifics- please reach out to me. I will be happy to provide all evidence and more details!
