Got the hotel and I have taken service from this Resort's they service and response is just Average only and their taken Service charge at nominal amount but It's better for I have taken service from this Resort

Extremely poor customer service. No proper coordination between the staff. Rude behavior by both Mr. Vasanth & Prakash. Very nice to you till you make the advance payment, but gets very rude after you make payment. Not at all flexible. If you are organizing outing for your company, please avoid this place as your reputation is at stake. Your employees are sure to be left with bad memories from this place.
