Pathetic service, takes advance payment for 24 hours service and then maid/aaya flees after few days service. They don't bother to send replacement nor do they refund the money.Does not even answer phone calls or reply to messages. Fraud service. Highly not recommended. Not at all trustworthy.

Most unreliable and fraudulent service. Never use their services. They commit something and never never keep commitment. Asked for cooking service for 3 hours. Tumpa Mondal turns up and said she doesn't know cooking and will not cook. Her records in other reviews are worse and is also a thief. When tried to contact the Centre they never picked up the phone. Their credibility is not questionable but also the type of people they are supplying is very risky.

I am not satisfied....because they cant provide me house maid as per my need..

Very poor and irreesponsible. I need a maid for a patient. Mr. Roy confirmed it but the maid never turned up. Then he stopped picking his phone. Dont opt for this. Highly unreliable.

Please do not recruit aaya from Annapurna Aaya centre, this centre provides fruadulent aayas. I took 2 aayas from this centre, Tumpa Mondal and Namita Haldar, both from the same centre. They are thieves and stolen Rs. 6000/- cash, 2 mobile phones with 2 SIM cards, 1 S/D card, 1 silver chain, 1 wrist watch and 3 purses. One of them worked for 10 days and informed the other one. The first one asked for 2 days leave and Namita came in her place and stole all these things. When we informed the centre head, Prasun Roy, he said not to inform the police and he will sort out, but that never happenend. I presume the centre head is also involved in this theft. This is absoutely a fraud aaya centre. All the aaya's working here are thieves, so please do not try this one.
