I had my tata sky cancelled as the sales guy Mr. Ravindar promised me that he will be able to fix it without internal wiring and setup the dish outside my window. The technical guy when he came told me its not possible. I asked for a refund and these guys are now not responding. When I asked Tata Sky, they told me that the request was closed and the cheque issued. Its now almost one month after cancellation and I have not yet got any refund besides empty promises. This is the worst possible service. I have to call them and waste my time an money further just to recover my money.
