Aptronix Exclusive Store Banjara Hills Hyderabad

Past one week before i purchased one i phone through this Aptronix Exclusive Store in banjarahills. they charged me RS-58000 and they provided one year warrant to replace the mobile. the sales man given good and nice responded to me. really i m happy to buy new phone. this service was prompt to me.

I called them up to check if they have 32 GB Ipad mini 2 wifi only model today. On the phone I was told that the price was 24,000 rupees (I was excited because it was the best offer i've heard) but at the retail the price turned out to be 25,900 rupees (I believe the price on Apple's official website). I think they trick people on the phone to come buy their products, when they get to know the actual price is higher. The staff is very unprofessional. When someone else on my behalf went to collect the product they altogether denied any phone calls. I asked him how I would know that they have 'just one silver piece with with 32 GB and no other Mini 2s' if i didn't talk to anyone?, which was met with repeated apologies!! Its hard to believe they are an official re-sellers. Their service is shitty and I would never go there personally or advice anyone else to do the same. Learn to treat your customers first!!
