Unprofessional Behavior, Charged Without Providing Service, Delayed Service

CAUTION USERS… I suggest NOT to go with this Vendor (Artful Home) for your ‘Blinds’ needs. They are prompt to follow up till the advance is paid. Later they don’t even care about either their timelines or commits. They don’t respond to msgs, don’t pick call as well to provide status. This vendor also names itself as Hasa Blinds. Be careful. Struggling to get my advance refunded, post waiting for one month. I am formally launching the complaint on this vendor along with quote and payment details

Charged Without Providing Service

This is fraud company ..they will just take advance money and will never deliver the product There are total three people 1. Miss Priya she's the one who will contact you and will sent sales executive and will give u quotation via WhatsApp 2. Mr Vikas the so called sales executive who will just take ur money and will never answer ur call 3. Third person will promise you delivery of ur product but never will do so nor will pick ur call. I'm planning to lodge police complain against all three anyone faced similar situation don't keep quiet ....these cheaters need to be punished

Charged Without Providing Service

This is a fraud company. They took advance and not delivered materials. It's been more than a month since i paid advance. They stopped attending calls now. Please beware of this company.

Unprofessional Behavior, Charged Without Providing Service, Delayed Service, Incomplete and Disappointing Service, Charged Without Solving Actual Problem

Such a worst company. They are a group of cheaters in the market, They do home visit, take half of the amount as advance. Behaves like a professionals until this stage. After taking the advance amount, they vanish and none of them picks your call. They have very good coordination among their employees and none of them picks your call. It is been 1 month and my product is still not delivered. I do not know how such cheating company still exists.

Horrible post sale customer service and low and flimsy product quality. within a year of installing Rain proof balcony blinds, the cables have broken and no response at all to many calls pleading for someone to come repair it...... extremely unprofessional in not even responding to any calls and ignoring them by their so called owner and CEO, Mr. Ram :-(

Delayed Service

May 2023 - Artful Home has been deceitful and has not delivered since 1 month and now not returning my deposit of 5000 rupees. Please do not buy anything from this fraud company.
