Good service. I wanted a Visa Consultants to go to Malaysia. So I approached Air Lights, Vadapalani. Their response was very quick and good. I have paid them totally Rs 6000 for their service. I am satisfied with their service.

I have been to this office personally on 28/12/2015 to book my Flight Ticket to hyderabad, i also wanted a hotel booking. Though i am ok with my Flight booking, i am very unhappy with my hotel booking. They suggested hotel Daspalla and charged me Rs.5000/- for a days stay but when i reached Hotel Daspalla i came to know it was only Rs,3800 per day. When i questioned the front desk about my charge for Rs.5000/- per day they told me that if the travel agent charged Rs.1200/- more for the booking then we have to comply and give them that Rs.1200/- per days stay as commission.<br/>Immediately i called Ascon travels at Chennai and spoke to the guy who booked my hotel, his reply was that Rs.3800 is the rate at which he gets the room and Rs.1200 is what he charges for booking service. That means i paid nearly 32% of the hotel rate to book a room from a travel agent at Ascon travels.<br/>Once i booked my hotel i had informed my business associates about my stay so i was forced to stay in the same for 2 days. I ended up paying $10000/- a Rs..2400 rupees travel agent commission.<br/>Keep away from these guys they cannot be trusted. <br/>I am still wondering did i pay more for my flight ticket.?
