I purchased a product from ASHOKA ELECTRONICS CORP with high hopes, only to be sorely disappointed by their abysmal after sales service. Here's why I would strongly advise against dealing with them: Unresponsive Customer Support: Trying to get in touch with their customer support is akin to navigating a labyrinth. Phone calls go unanswered, emails are met with automated responses promising action that never materializes. It's clear they don't prioritize customer satisfaction once they have your money. Long Delays and Excuses: When my product malfunctioned just outside the warranty period (which is suspiciously short to begin with), the runaround began. They kept promising a technician would visit "soon," but weeks passed with no sign of anyone showing up. Each time I called, I was given a new excuse or asked to wait for a callback that never came.
