I wish I could give ratings in negative. Their service is totally pathetic. The bus driver don't know how to talk, they don't even provide complete services including charging and A/C. Don't use this traveling agency. Let's show them the customer should be their first and foremost priority.

Given ratings are fake. Real rating should be - 100 . Worst bus service. No 1 Chor. Will recommend not to use this service. I booked sleeper coach from katara to Delhi. It was raining outside and water was coming inside bus. When some passengers complained driver and his chamacas started arguing with passengers. I want give negative ratings but because of website restrictions I am giving 1. If you want comfortable journey please don't go for this. I have tho awake whole night because rain drops are falling on my head as I have made a mistake of using this bus service.
