Ashutosh Senger practises law before courts & tribunals in India. He has been active in representing clients in a variety of sectors, as well as governmental units and other public sector entities before courts and tribunals in civil, commercial and environmental law related disputes. Previously, Ashutosh has worked at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co, a leading law firm in India. Ashutosh has developed a reputation for his rigorous style and has acted in numerous cases that have shaped legislative principles. He was also empaneled by the Delhi Commission for Protection of Child Rights (DCPCR) as their counsel. In fact, he has also been involved in drafting a forthcoming legislation for Delhi Government.
