I have recently used their service and I am not fully satisfied. First of all, they won't take any ownership in the work they do and there will be misses which they will cover by convincing you. No supervision in work and they will leave everything to workers from which may cause misses. Also the time taken to finish the work also will vary from the one which they commit. It took 2 months for the work to complete which could have completed in a month. Most the times when we call, they won't either pick the call or it will be not reachable. Overall I am just ok with the work. It would have been better if they could have visited the site time to time to understand the progress of work and to see what is missing. Pros: Good quality materials used Cons: no delivery on time, Quality of work, less supervision
