Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior, Incomplete and Disappointing Service

Please don't book any package from atithi on trip they are frauds. This is my experience while I went on a 7 day trip through them with my family. At the time of booking they will say that the driver will act as an guide also and no need to worry. But in actual we have directed the driver through out the 7 day trip with the help of google map he doesn't know any routes that we have booked and even he doesn't have any phone holder to check maps so he looks at the phone kept below and continue the dangerous driving. We have returned because of God's grace They need the payment in advance and after paying full payment the driver were asked to pay the petrol bill at a petrol pump after filling petrol and he said "if you don't pay the bill the vehicle will not go from here" and after much arguments i have paid the bill that is above the package rate because I don't want to waste time and they never returned it to me. The driver will always try to save his fuel and time

it was my right decision to choose "atithi on trip" for my trip. very well behaved and professional team. specially ms. jigyasa who provided wonderful itinerary with good hotels. enjoyed a lot. daily feedback team is very supporting and caring during my trip. didn't got any issue. sure my next all trips in india will be with atithi on trip. once again thanks a lot for a memorable trip of himachal pradesh.

I first thank the entire team of AOT for the professional way the entire trip to Dalhousie and dharmashala was conducted. I should make a special mention about Khushi Gupta who responded and coordinated from day one closely following us throughout the trip to ensure that things are going well. The pleasant services at Dalhousie and dharmashala by the hotel staff especially need to be mentioned apart from the nice complimentary breakfast and dinner provided. The only suggestion is that the Driver could be more informative about the places and timings where he is taking as we can plan accordingly and go by our priority. Overall a committed group of people and I can certainly recommend anyone to go through this tour operators Meenakshi

We booked a trip for Manali- shimla from delhi with a over night stay at delhi..before booking the trip on athiti, i am little bit tensioned about tour and hotels but believe me it was a awesome experience we got a good coordination with Atithi from starting till the end. They provided good hotel in manali and shimla. They provided innova for us and Cab driver also a good mannered and service oriented..Over all experience is good.
