Incomplete and Disappointing Service

Warning: Steer clear of Aura Hospitality in Aluva if you treasure your finances, peace of mind, and a well-maintained home. Entrusting them with my weekly cleaning, based on positive online reviews and an agreed-upon cost of 1200 rs, turned out to be a regrettable decision. he second cleaning session, witnessed by me, exposed a lackluster cleaner who mindlessly mopped without prior sweeping, After a mere two hours, he declared completion, leaving my home in disarray. His justification? "This is the standard for general cleaning," for 1200 rs that for them it was a bargain since they charge 800 rs just for bathroom deep cleaning. In a regularly used house, one would expect a basic cleaning service to cover all areas. Avoid the frustration by steering clear of this disgraceful cleaning agency.
